Terms of service
Last updated 2026-06-30
These terms govern your use of SnapTools (the "Service"), operated by Zaraar Digital Limited ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please don't use the Service.
Use of the tools
The web tools are free to use, with no account required. You're responsible for the content you process and for ensuring you have the right to process it. Automated or high-volume programmatic access should go through our official API, which has its own limits and terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for anything unlawful, or to process content you have no right to;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service or its infrastructure;
- circumvent rate limits or other technical restrictions;
- use the Service in a way that infringes others' rights.
"As is", no warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. You use the output of any tool at your own risk and should verify results before relying on them.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Intellectual property
The SnapTools name, branding, site design, and original content are ours. The content you process through the tools remains yours — we claim no rights over it.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and any disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
